Hi!
My name is Angela Anderson and I have been working within the Beauty and Holistic Industry since 1983. I trained in Beauty therapy and Applied Aesthetics at the Shaw College in London, gaining Full Distinctions. Over the years I have taken more of an interest in the Holistic Therapies and trained in Reflexology, Aromatherapy, Thermal Auricular Therapy and Reiki.
For 10 years I owned my own Beauty/Holistic Salon in Whiteley but in 2008 decided that I enjoy the hand on therapies and I have been working from home in Park Gate since then.
The Bowen Technique is my latest therapy, of which I have been amazed at some of the results obtained by such a gentle and relaxing treatment. The Bowen Technique recognises that the body works as a whole system and not just many different parts and for this reason its Holistic way of working, sees the body working in synergy together.
Since finishing my training I have been on advance courses to continue my development with this amazing treatment, enjoying helping others to become pain free and also improve many different conditions.
I am also working with a group of other Bowen Therapists in the area, The South Hants Bowen Therapists, helping and supporting each other as well as increasing awareness of The Bowen Technique. As this is such a relatively new therapy, we feel that it is important that more people get to know about this amazing treatment and its benefits to all ages.
